Formerly the Managing Director of the ANZ Corporate Advisory team and previously held roles at Bancorp Australia Limited and Morgan Grenfell Australia.
Martin is an M&A specialist with an extensive track record of major public and private company transactions, equity capital raisings and restructurings both in Australian and key international markets.
