Richard Kuo

Richard has over 30 years’ experience in the legal, investment banking and technology sectors. He has advised substantial domestic and international corporations, investors, Government business enterprises through to emerging companies on strategy and business model refinement, mergers and acquisitions, divestments and capital raisings. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, has held directorships of private and ASX listed companies and is currently the chairman of Ellerston investee companies, Prospection and SwitchDin.
