Virginia has worked in the financial services sector for 30 years. Virginia is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and completed the Company Director Course in 2007. She holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University, a Juris Doctor from the University of Technology Sydney, and a Graduate Diploma of Environmental Law and a Master of Law from the University of Sydney. In November 2016,
She was recognised with a Faculty Award for excellence and ongoing contribution to the gold standard in governance education by the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
